Frequent questions about after-sales assistance
By law, according to article 4, no. 1, section f) and article 6 of the Portuguese Decree-law no. 143/01 of April 26th, the consumer has fourteen (14) days to cancel the contract without any explanation being required, the so-called Period of Reflection (the product must be returned in the original packaging and without signs of use).
If you are not completely satisfied with any product, or if it is damaged, you must return it along with the accompanying material: receipt, package (not damaged), manuals, cables, batteries, etc. You can contact the customer service at any time. The warranty and the technical assistance will be provided by the brand.
Return and exchange deadline: fourteen (14) days.
You should fill in the RMA that will be sent during the activation of the warranty process.
The customer is responsible for delivering the product at our facilities in good packaging conditions, with a copy of the RMA and the purchase invoice; the sending costs are the customer's responsibility.
In case of return, or if it is sent to be repaired, use the original package, or another proper package, which guarantees an efficient protection against shaking and blows.
EuroX10/CentralCasa cannot be held responsible for possible damages which occur during the transportation to the after-sales service.
