After-sale service
If you are not completely satisfied with any product, or if it is damaged, you must return it along with the accompanying material: receipt, package (not damaged), manuals, cables, batteries, etc. You can contact the customer service at any time.
The warranty and the technical assistance will be guaranteed by the brand.
Therefore, you must follow these procedures:
1. Request a RMA number through the telephone number 00351 22 374 49 39 or email info@eurox10.com;
2. . Download and fill in the “RMA Form”;
3. It is the customers responsibility to deliver to Centralcasa the product in good packaging conditions, the RMA Form properly filled in and the associated accounting documents.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- the products must be delivered properly packed, and every volume must be identified on the outside with the RMA process number;
- it is the customers responsibility to pay for the sending costs;
- the maximum return deadline is 14 days;
Technical Assistance Conditions
In case of return, or if it is sent to be repaired, use the original package, or another proper package, which ensures effective protection against shaking and blows.
The EuroX10/CentralCasa cannot be held responsible for possible damages which occur during the transportation to the after-sale service.
We recommend the use of a means of transportation which includes merchandise insurance, in order to prevent damages or merchandise loss.
The warranties and respective repairs or exchanges shall only be provided after the products are received, checked and tested at EuroX10/CentralCasa;
The EuroX10/CentralCasa stamps are warranty stamps, therefore should not be removed. If you remove these stamps or any other stamps from any of the products, you will loose the warranty of the material in question;
If these procedures are not complied with, EuroX10/CentralCasa reserves the right no to accept the material.
