Remote access to of all features
To get remote access, you can use a PC with internet connection and a normal program for visualizing web pages (for example, the Internet Explorer). The remote component of the VisãoWeb solution is based on simple HTML programmed pages and so it is compatible with any operating system (any computer), with no need for installation.

Access restricted to registered users and data encoding
The access to the each user’s reserved area, the application’s main entrance, is made by means of a secure server platform, with SSL codification at 128 Bits of all data transferred from and to the server. This way, total privacy is guaranteed by preventing any non-authorized user from accessing your cameras or home automation system.

Remote access by means of a mobile device
The user can also access the service through a mobile phone or any other mobile device with an internet connection (example: PDA or WebPad), as long as it has a terminal with a polychromatic screen and Wap access by GSM, GPRS or UMTS.

By accessing the mobile page, the user can see the installed camera, control the electrical devices through the home automation network and capture images. He can also move the cameras and increase detail level (zoom), depending on the devices.

In the historical report area, you can check all images either captured automatically, recorded through the automatic events execution, or manually by the interaction with the application.

The complex programming at the server’s level allows the optimization of the contents according to the mobile device viewing them, including images recorded by the cameras, thus enhancing the use of the small screens of this type of devices.

The entire mobile remote interface was conceived thinking of how to minimize the traffic between the server and the mobile device, in order to optimize the communication costs and facilitate the access to images and controls.

Display and cameras control (PTZ)
The cameras display and resulting operability can be as complete as the equipment is able to. The cameras with the PTZ function (Pan Tilt & Zoom – horizontal and vertical movement and increase of the image detail level) display images from any angle.

Home Automation Control
The home automation modules page allows the remote management of all home automation elements. The user can add new home automation modules, giving them a name and an identification code. He can also list and modify the modules that are already installed. The solution is compatible with the X10 system, and the component for interaction with the EIB protocol – European Installation Bus - is already under development

The X10 devices currently available allow controlling any type of electrical device, from large industrial machines to an electrical blind or lighting. The system is easy to configure (Plug&Play) “online” by the user.


Access to the Historical Report
In the historical report section of the cameras you can check all images recorded by the user, or programmed in an event: by motion detection, alarm or at a time programmed by the user. The images are arranged by date and hour and the user can filter the images he wishes to view, according to a specific event, by camera or date. By clicking on the image or the enlarge button it will open on another page at the maximum resolution and size.

Images are always remotely recorded on the CentralCasa’s servers. This proceeding ensures that in any case the images are always available as proof of the events. Other functions, such as sending e-mail messages and local recording or printing, are also available.

Scheduling events
The VisãoWeb can control your Home Automation system or record images at programmed times and send SMS, MMS or e-mail notices. It can also work as an alarm system, notifying the user in case of alarm or by motion detection.

Notification by e-mail, SMS or MMS
This feature is particularly useful as it allows sending messages by SMS, MMS or e-mail. In the last two cases, it is possible to annex an image when the alarm situation occurs.

Events report
In the historical report of events the user can check when and who accessed the application, which actions or events were performed, generated error messages, and changed configuration parameters, among other information.

User configurations
In the configurations area, the user has total control over his surveillance and Home Automation system. Thus he can change his personal data, manage his cameras or his home automation devices. The cameras configuration process is very similar to the registration process of the home automation modules. You need only to switch on the camera and introduce your identification number (supplied with the camera).

In the User’s Data area, you can select the language you prefer. The entire application is already available in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Online payments
Online payments by VISA or MBnet provide versatility at the user’s level. You can thus control the SMS/MMS costs according to what suits you best, by toping it up the same way as a mobile phone.
