For example, if a person inside approaches a sliding door protected by an EL-2650XL, the system will recognize this as “permitted” motion and will not trigger an alarm. If, however, the EL-2650XL senses motion from outside the door moving into the protected premises, it will trigger an alarm following “non-permitted motion.”
