The Ajax Hub 2 is the alarm control panel designed to manage the installation's security devices and support detectors with photo verification (MotionCam series). Upon detecting an intrusion, the panel transmits a series of animated photos directly to the Ajax App in under 9 seconds, allowing the client or the alarm receiving center (ARC) to immediately confirm if it is a real threat.
The system is highly reliable, communicating with peripherals via the encrypted wireless protocols Jeweller (for alarms and commands) and Wings (for image transmission). To ensure an uninterrupted connection to the outside world, Hub 2 is equipped with three communication channels: an Ethernet port and two SIM card slots (2G). In the event of a power outage, the backup battery keeps the system operational for up to 16 hours.
