The AJ-BRACKETMPO is the original mounting panel (SmartBracket) designed specifically for the installation of your outdoor motion detector, the Ajax MotionProtect Outdoor. Manufactured with high-quality plastics and UV treatment to withstand the elements, this is the ideal replacement part if the original bracket was damaged or rendered unusable after a move.

Much more than a simple mounting base, the robust design of this bracket includes a perforated tab that interacts mechanically with the tamper button on the back of the detector. If an intruder attempts to tear the device off the exterior wall to bypass security, the tab breaks, instantly triggering the alarm and notifying users.
