Technical Specifications: Multiple Ajax Frame (2 to 5 Modules)

The Ajax Frame is a mechanical mounting structure designed for the unified installation of Ajax Systems switches (LightSwitch) and outlets. The frame allows grouping 2 to 5 devices into a single continuous block, installed over standard European flush-mounted back boxes.

Technical and Physical Data:

• Modular Capacity: Available in 2, 3, 4, and 5-gang (module) versions.

• Installation Orientation: Supports both horizontal and vertical mounting.

• Fixing Method: Mechanical snap-on fit directly over the relays (LightCore or OutletCore). Requires no screws or adhesives on the front structure.

• Manufacturing Material: Rigid polycarbonate (PC), fire-resistant and protected against UV radiation degradation.

• Hardware Compatibility: Exclusive to Ajax LightSwitch components (LightCore relays) and Ajax Outlet (OutletCore relays).

Configuration Requirements (Module Topology): The installation of these multiple frames requires the use of specific front covers/buttons depending on their geometric position within the structure:

• 2-Module Frames: Require the installation of two side covers (Side) at the extremities (left/right horizontally, or top/bottom vertically).

• 3 to 5-Module Frames: Require the installation of two side covers (Side) for the extremities and central covers (Center) to fill the intermediate positions.
